dollar verdict ($1,000,000.00)
Guy Loranger represented plaintiff Moore in a case that resulted
in Moore receiving approximately one million dollars in property
and money after a three week bench trial. Moore alleged that the
defendants had fraudulently influenced his great aunt Cleo Strapp
to change her will to leave her entire estate to the defendants
instead of Moore. The trial Judge agreed and ruled in Moore’s
favor. Defendant’s appealed and the decision was affirmed
by the California Third District Court of Appeals.
