Guy Loranger represented several telemarketers who claimed that
the male co-workers had caused them to suffer personal injury and
sexual harassment. They also alleged that the company had notice
of the problems but attempted to cover it up instead of remedying
the problems. After extensive discovery, the case was unsuccessfully
mediated. Defendant’s top offer was seventy five thousand.
The case proceeded to trial. After the trial, but before the case
went to the jury, the case settled for five hundred forty thousand
dollars ($540,000.00).
