Synopsis:
Family member of J.R. complained to a friend that J.R. had been touching and sexually assaulting her for several years. Prosecutors tried to prove that letters J.R. had written to his wife in an attempt to reconcile their divorce were a confession to the conduct. After Defense’s cross examination of victim, mother and friends a jury determined that client was not guilty on all five counts.
