Synopsis:

Client was stopped for erratic operation and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. The tests were conducted near the apex of the Casco Bay Bridge. Client was arrested and blew 0.10% BAC on the Intoxilyzer.

The field sobriety tests were rejected, in part, because of the manner and location in which they were performed. And the test result was rejected due to the applicable margins of error.
